Policies & Terms
Reservation Policy:
Minimum Stay: A minimum stay of 2 nights is required.
Deposit: A 50% deposit is required to secure your reservation.
Cancellation Policy:
Cancellation more than 14 days prior to arrival will receive a full refund of the deposit.
Cancellation 14 days prior to arrival will forfeit the deposit.
Cancellation 7 days prior to arrival will be charged 100% of the total booking amount.
No show – 100% cancellation charged
Payment Methods:
We accept Visa, MasterCard, EFT payments and Cash (no foreign currencies; only South African Rands).
Full payment is required before or upon check-in.
Additional guests (not listed at the time of booking):
Should you wish to include a person during your stay, please speak to your host, Cami about this arrangement.
CCTV Surveillance & Electric Fencing:
As the security of our guests and staff is of utmost importance to us, there is camera surveillance on the inside of the property, outside of the main house and cottages, with a perimeter electric fence.
Complaints and Feedback:
We value your feedback and strive to ensure a pleasant stay for all Beulah guests. If you have any concerns or complaints, please liaise with your host, Cami.
Damage and Liability:
Guests are responsible for any damage caused to the property during their stay. Any costs incurred for repairs or replacements will be charged to the guest’s account.
The lodge is not liable for any loss, damage or theft of guests’ personal belongings.
Health and Safety:
In case of emergency, please dial the lodge’s number +27 82 415 0100.
Fire extinguishers are available in all the units or just outside the room. Please familiarise yourself with the nearest exits upon arrival.
Noise level:
As some of our guests ‘work from home’ at all hours, meditate in the space of Beulah and use the property as a quiet retreat, consideration of noise levels is appreciated. Please remember that the bedrooms in the main house of Beulah are in close proximity to each other.
Parking:
As we have limited parking space on the property, please arrange this with your host, Cami prior to arrival.
Pets:
Pets are not allowed on the property. We have one resident cat, Luca on the premises.
Quiet Hours:
To ensure the comfort of all guests, quiet hours are observed from 10:00pm until 8:00am.
Reception:
As we are a small establishment, we don’t have a reception. Please communicate with your host, Cami about all Beulah related requests.
Smoking & Vaping Policy:
Smoking and vaping are strictly prohibited inside all Beulah structures and entrances. Designated smoking areas are provided outside. Please use the ashtrays in these allocated spots and not the garden or pot plants to dispose of cigarettes/ash.
Swimming Pool:
The outdoor pool is open from 8:00am to 8:00pm. For everyone's safety, no diving, running, jumping or rough play is allowed around the pool area. No eating or drinking is permitted in the pool or around the edge of the pool. Please use the seated areas for this.
NB:
Please note that no lifeguard is on duty.
The lodge is not liable for any injuries of any sort.
Children are to be supervised by their parents when on the property of Beulah Lodge and are not to be left unattended.
Visitors (not Beulah guests):
As the safety of our guests and staff is pertinent, all visitors need to report to our onsite staff member or host, Cami.
